Adam is the CEO of Hilco APAC, a Director and founding shareholder, with over 25 years of experience in the auction, valuation and marketplace industries. Seeing a gap in the market when it comes to global access to marketplaces, Adam envisioned a business with a full-service offering; Hilco Global APAC was born from this vision. As the head of our business, Adam focuses on strategic relationships and finding new and interesting ways to connect buyers & sellers globally.
Allan has been in the auction industry since 2001, joining Hilco Global in 2011. In this time Allan has helped monetise assets for some of the world’s largest brands and across a wide range of asset classes. During his career, he has amassed deep understanding of the industrial auction business from setting up plants to prepare them for sale, events marketing, project management and the execution of asset sales and real estates.
Eun Jung Lee has 7 years of experience as CPA qualified finance professional and has demonstrated a history of achievements across various industries including aviation, not-for-profit and retail sectors.
Eun Jung works closely with Chief Financial Officer, Dan DeAbel to manage the financials of the business including bank transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting, and has joined Hilco Global APAC to be part of this exciting growth journey.
George has developed a career spanning over 20 years in Sales and Relationship management in the financial services industry, in particular within general insurance. With roles across client services and business development, George has built an impressive network of contacts within the Loss Adjusting, insurance claims, brokerage and building consultancy community. George has worked for Sedgwick in Australia for almost 10 years, niching in claims services (Loss Adjusting), Building consultancy and strata services to Australian Insurers. George holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing ) degree and a Certificate IV in General Insurance through ANZIIF.
HB Khoo joined Hilco Appraisal Services in 2011, with over 20 years of work experience in the Building & Construction, Machine Tools, Solid Surfacing Material and Furniture sectors. A few of his prominent appraisal projects include an asphalt plant in China; a fridge, freezer & air conditioner plant in China; a LCD manufacturing plant in Malaysia, aerospace/automotive spare parts and SMT line, construction machinery in Thailand.
Jack Hazan is Executive Vice President of Hilco Streambank. He leverages his experience in restructuring and business development to provide liquidity solutions for businesses with a wide range of intangible assets. Jack founded and is the leader of IPv4.Global, Hilco Streambank’s IP Address monetization platform, which has achieved sales of close to $1B. Since 2009, Jack has been instrumental in building the industry leading intangible asset practice at Hilco Streambank, where he continues to remain closely involved in the other Hilco Streambank business units.
Prior to joining Hilco Streambank, Jack developed his business and legal acumen through his experiences as a Bankruptcy Attorney at Kramer Levin, as General Counsel of Nobody Beats the Wiz, as General Counsel and as VP of Business Development at Azrak Capital.
Throughout his career, Jack has become known for his capability to bring parties together and getting deals closed.
Mark has over 15 years of experience as an auctioneer and valuer of plant, equipment and vehicles, which includes undertaking valuation reports across a broad range of industries.
Mark is WH&S certified. An Accredited Member with The American Society Of Appraisers (ASA), Machinery & Technical Specialities and specialising in project management across complex sites nationally.
Michael is a director and founding shareholder of Hilco APAC. With over 25 years experience, he is a go-to person in auction and salvage disposal.
Mike has continued to work hard for retailers and insurance professionals, having the ability to see possibility in even the most bespoke asset classes.
Michael saw a gap in the market to provide a truly global offering across valuation, advisory and monetisation, leading to the formation of Hilco Global APAC.
Michael has over seven years of experience in the auction industry where has managed client sale programs from a range of different sectors.
Michael runs the frontline for customer support at Hilco Global APAC, builds and maintains client relationships, troubleshoots curly questions and assists in the development of large contract and tender solutions.
Rochelle has forged a career as a Retail inventory specialist over 18 years across auctions, marketplaces, eCommerce and Retail, locally and internationally. Having worked for both high growth start-ups and Australia’s largest retail corporations, Rochelle has seen the myriad of challenges faced by Retailers in complex inventory environments.
As Director, Wholesale at Hilco Global, Rochelle translates this expertise in buying, sourcing and trading, offering clients strategies that can be deployed immediately in solving inventory challenges at scale.
Ruvan has been a Project Manager in the auction industry since 2008, joining Hilco Global in 2011. Ruvan has helped monetise assets for some of the world’s largest brands and across a wide range of asset classes. In addition to this, prior to joining the auction industry, Ruvan has a background in Insurance Loss Adjusting and Insurance Claims Management.
