COVID-19 Safe Practices

We have implemented some changes in how we serve you at our pick up locations in response to COVID-19.

Our team members are complying with all Government orders and observing all Government social distancing guidelines. We ask that you do the same.

While on our premises please ensure that you maintain a distance of no less than 2 metres between you and another person.

We have moved to a contactless collection process. We will no longer ask you to sign for collections, however I.D will be sighted and we may ask to record your vehicle registration.

While waiting for service, we respectfully ask you that you avoid touching items unless absolutely necessary, practice good hygiene and otherwise comply with all Government social distancing guidelines.

If you are unwell with any COVID-19 symptoms, have had contact with a COVID-19 patient, or you have been required by the Government to self-quarantine, you must not attend our facilities until you receive medical clearance.

We are constantly monitoring developments from the Government and health authorities to ensure we do everything possible to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our staff and customers. These guidelines may be updated from time to time, and we ask that you keep up to date with our guidelines.

By observing our guidelines we can work together to flatten the curve and keep COVID-19 from spreading further.
